We are proud to announce that Kbrw was named a Representative Vendor in the January 2024 Gartner Market Guide for Distributed Order Management Systems. We believe this is a powerful step forward in our work toward building outstanding personalised customer experiences with operational efficiency for retailers and their supply chains.

While being named as a Representative Vendor is a source of pride for us, you can use a Market Guide to understand how the status of an emerging market aligns to your future plans. In addition, since Gartner has published over 100 Market Guide research notes, IT and strategic leaders and investors can gain a broad view of many markets, including mature and smaller markets, in an easy-to-read format.

According to Gartner, “DOM vendors are investing in adopting a composable architecture for their software to provide the greatest flexibility and agility to address rapid business changes… …In general, this architecture allows organizations to adopt other microservices/applications that the vendors offer, or utilize ones provided by another vendor for their digital commerce needs.”

This assessment is certainly true of Kbrw’s approach to our OMS development; read more about what we think of composable commerce here.
